This playbook is all about heart, creativity and our wholeness as multi-passionate beings - a companion for those times when we feel stuck for words or creative inspiration. 

Because, when we're stuck, rather than pushing on and through, so often what our creativity needs from us first, is to reconnect with ourselves again - with our values, our wholeness, our hearts. 

This creative companion is a space to do just that - to reignite your creative spark and to reconnect with the way in which you want to share your magic with yourself - and with the world.

It's a non-linear resource that can be worked through from cover to cover or in whichever way works best for you. 

As you move through the pages, trust your process. Curiosity and random ideas are encouraged.

Most of all, I want to encourage play and fun! Let’s not take ourselves too seriously…these pages are just for you - you don’t have to share them with anyone else.
